Manufacturing Equipment Rentals

In manufacturing, opportunities move fast. Your capital shouldn’t be locked down. Whether you have just secured a fixed-term contract with no guarantee of renewal, or you want to field-test a new brand of machinery before making a permanent purchase, Industrial Equipment Capital (IEC) offers a true rental solution designed to protect your balance sheet.

Our standard rental agreements run for 12 to 24 months, giving you the agility to adapt to shifting market demands. We structure each rental around how you actually use the equipment, from forklifts and material handling to CNC machines and fabrication tools, so you pay for the work in front of you and hand it back when the job is done.

Why Choose Equipment Rentals with IEC?

We know manufacturing. We finance and rent equipment for a living, and we understand how machines, forklifts, and other equipment earn their keep on a shop floor. That experience helps us build a rental that fits how your production actually runs.

Flexibility Without Long-term Commitment

Short-term contracts and project-based work rarely come with guarantees. A rental lets you bring in the equipment you need for a defined period, usually 12 to 24 months, and return it when the work wraps up.

Lower Upfront Cost

Most qualified businesses start with little or no upfront cost, depending on credit, which keeps your cash available for payroll, materials, and the next opportunity, rather than tying it up in a purchase.

Keep Your Bank Line Intact

IEC rentals are designed to protect your existing credit relationships. We work without blanket liens, so your bank line stays open for the rest of your business.

Upgrade or Return When Done

At the end of the term, you can return the equipment, renew it, or arrange to purchase it if your contract is extended. You stay current with the latest technology rather than holding onto aging machines.

Fast Approvals, Easy Application

Qualified businesses can move forward with an application-only process. We will ask how you plan to use the equipment so we can structure the right terms, then get you an answer quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions About Equipment Rentals

How long is a typical equipment rental term?

Most true rentals run 12 to 24 months, with a 12-month minimum. We set the exact term around your contract or project timeline. We can do rentals longer as needed.

Do I need a down payment to rent equipment?

In most cases, no, you do not need a down payment to rent equipment. Down payment requirements depend on your credit, and many qualified businesses can qualify with little or no down payment.

What happens at the end of the rental?

You can return the equipment, renew the rental, or purchase it. A standard rental is return-and-done, but we can add a residual or a purchase option if you think you may want to keep the equipment.

Can I return the equipment early?

Yes, you can return equipment before the term ends, but you remain responsible for the agreed-upon payments through the full rental period.

Is a personal guaranty required?

Your credit strength determines if a personal guaranty is required. Established businesses with a credit history may not need one, while smaller, closely held companies usually will.
